The EEO-1 Reporting is an annual data collection. The EEO-1 data consist of workforce demographic data including race, gender, ethnicity, and job categories.    The EEOC compiles workforce data from employers and federal contractors who meet certain thresholds. This data is used by the government to examine and review patterns and practices of workplace discrimination. The EEO-1 report is enforced by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance.
